With over 25 years in Financial Services, Matt Hilding is a seasoned professional with a rich background in sales and leadership. A graduate of Illinois Wesleyan University with a degree in Risk Management, Matt launched his financial services career at Country Insurance while obtaining insurance licenses. His journey led him through roles at prestigious firms such as Van Kampen and BlackRock. As President at IHT Wealth Management and former US Head of Wealth at DWS Distributors, Matt demonstrated his expertise in leading National Coverage Teams and raising assets across diverse strategies. Matt’s profound market insights enhance the Riverwalk venture capital team, solidifying his role as a key contributor.
